21st century has ushered in an era when computers play a major role in every walk of life. IT has become, within a very short time, one of the basic building blocks of modern society.
Students are getting the real life practises such as computers to communicate, solve problems, collect, organize, and share information. They confidently apply the technology skills that are necessary to develop their learning. Specific units include basic concepts of ICT, using computers and managing files, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, creating presentations, finding information and communicating with computers. Higher classes curriculum designed for students who plan to go into professions that use ICT such as engineering, business, and computer science, or who plan to advance to higher education. The curriculum is structured to teach students a sound basic understanding of available software Applications. Teachers are given special roles and responsibilities in the department which help to achieve the target set in department action plan.
Proper structured individual education plan have helped for making progress in their technology skills and learning how computers are used in a variety of jobs and careers.
